“Booked a cut only with Manny (which includes rough blowdrying). It's my first time getting long hair blowdried at a hairdresser's in the UK and it's partly on me for not realising that the blowdrying was a bit too aggressive for my hair type and personal preferences and the hair was too dry and frizzy afterwards. Should've asked for the drying to stop once my hair stopped dripping and then just let it air dry. Otherwise happy with the trim and the customer service. I was offered a glass of orange juice and it was really nice!”

“I'm a very nervous customer, but Kelly and her staff were 10 out of 10, their care and kindness goes way beyond what one would expect from a hair salon. Kelly took her time, and let Me take My time, talking through what can be done. The cut I was given was amazing, so much so I booked another app before I left.”

“I've been coming to Kelly's for some time now and always feel welcomed and taken care of. Claire cuts my hair beautifully and makes excellent recommendations to improve its health and condition. She is also so personable. Not a hint of the stereotypically awkward, "Where are you going on holiday?" questions!”
