“Arrived early but outer box was very, very badly damaged (totally destroyed) so bad courier was going to return it to depot. But when opened the tree was luckily undamaged”

“Very pleased with this gnome. But it would have been even better if it was fitted with a long thick wire which dipped into the pond. My husband fitted it and it looks like a line. Very authentic.”

“Service was very good and speedy. Unfortunately, after unwrapping the parcel which was fine, the box had previously been opened. Although all parts were present the ends of 3 tubes had been deformed. I corrected this so the racking could be used.”

“Good product, slight shame about delivery. Let me elaborate - love the greenhouse! It built well, & I painted it up for my wife, so it looks great. The issue is that once I placed my order there was no communication from the delivery firm, so 1 morning as I was going to work there was a driver telling me he had a delivery! No warning. The silver lining was that the greenhouse was delivered quickly, & in time for my wife's 50th.”

“A keen price and after 3 BBQs we are really pleased with our purchase. The delivery was prompt and extremely efficient. It was a shame though that we were left with a large wooden delivery pallet to dispose of later, which our local tip want paying for. I guess I will need to chop it up and put it on our fire.”
