“So easy to use and deal with. Fantastic, comprehensive information about the venue, pre arrival info and reminders for when money is due. We had a hard time deciding on which property to book as they all looked incredible!”

“Very easy to book, communication friendly and quick responses. Reliable standards - when you're paying a lot for a house and entertaining a group - where you hold the party is a reflection on the host - I knew with Kate and Tom's the pictures would be accurate and a high standard would be maintained.”

“Left it rather late to book so really grateful to K & T for doing a trawl and finding us such an interesting and ideal holiday destination. Best of all so far was the family vote! Very friendly team, excellent communication and amazingly prompt return of our cautionary deposit. Thank you so much.”

“It was great that you kept in touch . I appreciated the Costa card for a coffee stop & it was good to be met by Anne & shown around &the workings of the fire alarm as it did go off !!”

“Easy to deal with, very friendly, all the info you needed about the house, excellent support from Alison and Roy and the lovely cleaning team. Would thoroughly recommend you. Opportunity for improvement? Spend a few hours thoroughly examining Hill House and suggest improvements to the owner. At nearly £7000 a week the offering needs to be quite special.”

“Kate and Tom’s have been fantastic! The processes are extremely efficient and the service is excellent. Kate and Tom’s focus on the little details (such as a breakfast selection, a hen do guest book and wedding candle as a gift) for our stay which made us feel really special. Excellent, excellent, excellent! I couldn’t recommend enough.”

“The house was beautiful and much more than we expected. The amenities were wonderful and everything needed was to hand. The provision of the hamper was really appreciated and I can honestly say that everyone wanted the bread, butter and the lovely cake. Nothing was left over! All of us wanted to stay and never leave. The atmosphere of the house was so relaxing and special that everyone relaxed immediately.”
