“We stayed at The Tythe Barn,WOW !!!! what an amazing place,everything was first class,the swimming pool and games rooms kept us all very happy,the barn is very spacious, our ages were 69 down to 4 years , thank you to all the staff at Kate and Toms and we shall all back,Paul and Hazel.”

“Flexible sleeping arrangements suited our multi generational group. Good quality bed linen and towels gave a feel of luxury. We especially appreciated the generous amount of pool and sauna towels. Two beautiful flower arrangements were a nice touch. The grounds were very well kept and the climbing frame kept the younger ones happy. We also made good use of the tennis court which was well maintained.”

“All my dealings with Kate & Tom's were made very easy by all the staff I corresponded with, from the initial booking through to the final checks just before setting off to Devon. The literature sent out was exceptional and gave me all the information I needed. I was also impressed by the 'double checks' that were made just to ensure all information had been received. The Moult was the most stunning property with outstanding facilities and an idyllic venue for the 60th Birthday celebrations. Laura, the housekeeper could not have been more accommodating and we received a very warm welcome.”

“We booked our midweek break with Kate and Toms just four days before arrival. The whole process was extremely smooth and the communication excellent. The Lindens is a beautiful well equipped property in a beautiful part of the country. We had a fantastic time here. We were not aware or prepared for the gunfire and night exercise on the nearby firing range. As we had dogs with us I feel that it should be noted in the overview of the house that this could cause a problem to some guests.”

“The house was brilliant lots of space outside and in we had a great time for my dad's 80th birthday the hot tub was brilliant as was the games floor we would certainly like to return maybe when you have the swimming pool.”

“We had a family gathering consisting of 14 people of varying ages and found Pedington Manor perfect for the occasion. The house was large and well equipped and the grounds were lovely. Everything went very smoothly including the catered dinner on Saturday evening. Thank you very much.”

“Really lovely place to stay It would have been nice if Kate and toms staff would pick up ten phone a bit more and not just email. Felt very much like I had to do all the calling. Rather than email have a nice stay. Phone people. I too work in customer service role and a call rather than an email is quicker and goes a long way to the customer. The only time I had calls from you was when you wanted money Otherwise pleasure renting from you and I will certainly use you again”
