“Very helpful engineers who installed by cooker quickly. They left no mess or packaging - everything was taken away with them. The only thing that could be better is that they only give a 0800-1800 window for delivery. This means you are stuck in for the whole day when a morning or afternoon estimate would be much more useful”

“Steve and Steve, fitted the new cooker with the upmost care. The were very careful to protect the stone floor, the front door step and the carpet. The change of gas fitting was done professionally, the electrics connected and checked. I was kept informed at every stage, when they would arrive, how long, next steps etc,. My questions , re disposal of old cooker, reliability and guarantee was answered. Cleaned up after the work was completed. Well done - great service with a smile.”

“The two guys who installed our microwave today were efficient, courteous and did a very good job. Everything was left tidy when they had finished and they took the old microwave away to dispose of.”

“Simon Jamie and George turned up nice and early, they even called me to tell me they were nearly here. They were smart, polite and friendly. They removed my old oven and fitted the new one. They were very careful and worked methodically and tidily. They checked every thing was ok before they left. They removed and took all the packaging. They did a fantasic job some of the best engineers that have worked in my house, Great guys. Thank you so much i am so please with my new smeg and the way it was installed i will even go to say i am very impressed with these guys.”

“Very impressed with the service of installing and taking away a dishwasher. The guy's who turned up were friendly, done the job without no fuss, left no mess, tested the dishwasher before going and turned up on time. What more do you want, an extremely professional service”

“Simon & Sam arrived on time, installed my new Gas/Electric Cooker with no fuss, checked that everything was working properly, explained what needs to be carried out by me before using the appliance, took away the old machine and all the packaging. Great, fast service with a smile!!”

“The installers Bradie & Dan were very professional, polite and efficient. They were thorough in installing my cooker and made sure I was happy before they left. The office staff less than helpful sadly, on 3 occasions they said that the oven came with lpg conversion kit, which it did not, this delayed the installation.”

“We had our new Mercury oven installed yesterday by Simon and Mark and could not have been more pleased with the service we received - they were courteous, efficient and thorough. Our old oven was taken away without any fuss and they took every care when installing its replacement. Living in the middle of nowhere, we often get very grumpy delivery teams who have got lost enroute, but Simon and Mark were genuinely nice people who seemed to enjoy what they do and take pride in doing it to a high standard. Thank you and I will be sure to recommend again!”

“Our SMEG induction range cooker was delivered on time on 21st December 2018, and old range cooker taken away. It was a particularly good to have the installation team of Simon and Sean turn up with a happy positive attitude. Nothing was too much trouble and a welcome change to have such a professional customer focused team with good interpersonal skills and sense of humour. The installation was exemplary and fully tested. Thank you for a stress free experience, and Simon and Sean are a credit to, and great ambassadors for your company.”
