“Phoned before to advise of arrival time.Double oven fitted very efficiently and quickly. Old cooker & packaging for the new cooker taken away.”

“We had a Rangemaster cooker delivered and installed by Dale and Tony. They called and gave me an ETA of when they would arrive - which was accurate. We have expensive floors in our house and they took great care when bringing in the cooker. They clearly explained everything that they had to do and how long they thought it would take to complete the tests & work they had to do. All packaging and rubbish was disposed of by them. They were even kind enough to offer us advice on other non related installations we were getting done in the house. These 2 gentlemen were all the things delivery men should be - kind, courteous, on time, polite and considerate. I highly recommend both Dale and Tony. Thank you guys for your great service!”

“I was very apprehensive about replacing the dishwasher as i’d never used Kaboodle and was dealing via a third party. The guys kept me informed on the day as did the administration department prior. Guys did a fab job. Polite and considerate. I was told by D & G that they would NEVER disconnect or remove the old appliance. They did everything. Would highly recommend. Micah & Sam were lovely guys. Thank you Kaboodle I will use you again.”

“Arrived on time as promised and confirmed. Office communication was second to none. We had been without a cooker for 4 weeks - not Kaboodle's fault - so welcomed good service. Quick and excellent work with oven replacement and use instructions left. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.”

“Simon and Richard who came to fit new and remove old cooker were brilliant. The new cooker turned out to be faulty and they had to use their skill and knowledge to determine what the fault was which they did with great patience. They had to remove the new cooker and reinstall my old cooker after several hours of work which they did without complaint despite now running hours late on a Friday night. I can’t praise them enough. Thank you :)”

“Jordan and Steve arrived when they said they would, and carried out the exchange of units efficiently and quickly. They checked that the new unit worked, gave us some sound advice, and were practical and friendly throughout. Our first experience of Kaboodle - and we were impressed.”

“Matt and Tony arrived on time having given prior notice as agreed. They worked efficiently and cleanly in taking out old cooker and installing new one. Didn't quite get the alignment to the worktop I wanted but I think this was more about the cooker than the innstallers.”

“Steven and Ryan took out my old cooker and replaced it with a lovely new one. They took the old one away along with all the packaging. Steve explained how to use it and what I needed to do. Would definitely use kaboodle again. Thank you.”

“Had our SMEG cooker replaced by Kaboodle today and I have to say the team (Dale & Wes) were brilliant. They called ahead so I knew they were on their way and arrived bang on time. The installation itself was tricky (tight space, wonky floor and no straight edges) but they stuck with it until I was happy. Highly recommended....as for SMEG, well that’s another matter :(”

“Simon and Sam replaced my cooker today. They went the extra mile, carrying down steps, checking electrics, safe installation, that it was straight with a spirit level. Another level of service compared to Currys who bought the original one. Thank you!”

“Very helpful engineers who installed by cooker quickly. They left no mess or packaging - everything was taken away with them. The only thing that could be better is that they only give a 0800-1800 window for delivery. This means you are stuck in for the whole day when a morning or afternoon estimate would be much more useful”

“Steve and Steve, fitted the new cooker with the upmost care. The were very careful to protect the stone floor, the front door step and the carpet. The change of gas fitting was done professionally, the electrics connected and checked. I was kept informed at every stage, when they would arrive, how long, next steps etc,. My questions , re disposal of old cooker, reliability and guarantee was answered. Cleaned up after the work was completed. Well done - great service with a smile.”
