“Joe and Jack arrived promptly. They were polite and friendly, and extremely professional. We have have a lot of issues with our oven so having a good experience with the delivery team really helped”

“Micah and Cody delivered and installed our replacement Rangemaster cooker. They were excellent. Arrived when they said, polite, tidy, and worked hard and quick to remove our broken Rangemaster and install the replacement. They worked as a team of 2 with each one knowing what to do without fuss. They demonstrated the cooker working and explained all the controls. They removed all the packaging. Satisfied customer, well done. Rod H. 20th Sept.2022.”

“The two guys Danny & Reece were excellent very friendly and efficient. The new dishwasher was installed quickly and all they needed was a cup of tea which I offered, they didn't ask. They gave a five star service and are a credit to the company.”

“I Had been sent these guys before, some years ago, by Miele, and wasn’t impressed (they were going to remove my granite worktop support because they said it was in the way of sliding the new dishwasher in, but it was infact the hose they’d got trapped there behind!). So I was wary of having them again, however, this time they were excellent! Did a great job and no trouble to me. Also very polite. Thankyou Joe and Jack!”

“Outstanding service on delivery and installation of a new integrated fridge for my 85 year old mum. Amazing staff Reece and Danny went above and beyond, kindly changing the opening side of not only the fridge door but the unit door as well. The kindness they showed made my mum quite emotional. Thanks again to Reece and Danny.”

“What Jamie and Simon had to do to achieve successful removal and installation I am frankly amazed. Great workers Very professional and at the same time kind and supportive. It’s a horrid muggy day here and just staying still is hot so these chaps sooo deserve a rest and cool drink…but they will be on to the next job soon. I am grateful for everything they have done to get me a working fridge again. Thank you”

“Micah and Ayden took great care to install my Fridge/Freezer carefully and efficiently. For instance, they took the correct amount of time needed to plan which would be the best route to get into the house and took their time and didn’t rush anything. They also unpacked it properly and moved my heavy furniture back where it belonged afterwards.”

“The prior arrangements were clear especially by email and subsequent communication re an earlier opportunity were handled very well. The visit was exactly as promised and Simon and Jamie were polite, friendly, exceptionally helpful and above all efficient.”
