I Had been sent these guys before, some years ago, by Miele, and wasn’t impressed (they were going to remove my granite worktop support because they said it was in the way of sliding the new dishwasher in, but it was infact the hose they’d got trapped there behind!). So I was wary of having them again, however, this time they were excellent! Did a great job and no trouble to me. Also very polite. Thankyou Joe and Jack!
