“Hi good day, i have some issues or concern if ever you have a transaction if you can still retrieve back the money if not yet being collected. I have some issues by accident i click paymaya instead of gcash, Now i am having an issue collecting the money itself to maya. If you have connection with them if you can assist your customer to escalate the concern to the money app will be at least very helpful.”

“If possible give more promotion or discount to entice patronage. Lower the trasaction charge per remit. As ive notice some of my friends and I looking other remittances which we could save more.”

“Kabayan remit is easy to use. No problem encountered in the Philippines. It's just the sending that you have to open your bank account and memorized the amount to pay for Kabayan. It would have been nice if we don't have to do that.”
