“I've always had good service from Just Linens - quality of goods is excellent and delivery has been without a hitch. But this time - what a failure. I ordered goods on 2 December and DPD have rescheduled their delivery no fewer than 10 times. My parcel is sitting in a lorry at the DPD depot and it will remain there because of 'operational issues'. I know its Christmas and yes extra pressure is being put upon delivery services because of the Royal Mail strike. But come on - I live just four miles from the depot, I've been down there to try and get my parcel but its like Fort Knox, no-one goes in and no-one answers the intercom. A right mess.”

“Wasted day waiting for courier, courier lied that he’d attempted to deliver @ 19.09, asked to cancel order, left contact number and name. Order was not cancelled as requested, instead of calling they asked for order number, why they could not locate from my name or number. Gave them order number, still did not cancel! Not happy at all with JustLinens customer service”

“I've been your customer for at least 15 years and it's very disappointing that your company does no londer deliver to Central Europe. Not many shops have such great offers and its not easy to buy sheridan in Europe. It took me some time to locate a friend in London who was eager to forward the package. I hope the suspended deliveries are temporary due to covid situation...”

“Very disappointed with the customer service received. I had to complain about the patches of wear on a Dorma sheet and pillowcase. Each time I had to chase them up as information doesn’t seem to be passed on, the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing .”

“Very disappointed. I was delighted , then having disposed of the packaging , invoice and returns details I discovered that the pillowcases were huge , not Oxford pillowcase size. So I donated the duvet cover to the Cancer Shop. Fir me it was a complete waste of money.”

“This company sells through Walmart (San Diego). I ordered 3 sets of pillow cases. Two arrived in different packages under same order #. Other was cancelled by my-lost. Walmart could not refund second one. Communication with vendor was terrible-kept emailing them above. I just gave up and kept the pillow cases even though I no longer needed them. Plus they charged outrageous shipping fees.”
