Very disappointed with the customer service received. I had to complain about the patches of wear on a Dorma sheet and pillowcase. Each time I had to chase them up as information doesn’t seem to be passed on, the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing .

Very disappointed. I was delighted , then having disposed of the packaging , invoice and returns details I discovered that the pillowcases were huge , not Oxford pillowcase size. So I donated the duvet cover to the Cancer Shop. Fir me it was a complete waste of money.

I called because three sets of bedding were damaged. I was asked to email with photos which I did. Still haven’t had a reply so forced to buy more as they need to match my other.

The stitching on my pillows was double threaded in some places which makes it really stand out as a fault. Considering of how much it all cost I would expect it to be high quality.

This company sells through Walmart (San Diego). I ordered 3 sets of pillow cases. Two arrived in different packages under same order #. Other was cancelled by my-lost. Walmart could not refund second one. Communication with vendor was terrible-kept emailing them above. I just gave up and kept the pillow cases even though I no longer needed them. Plus they charged outrageous shipping fees.

I order from Dawsons dept store the most beautiful blue towels on their website, what I received were towels the colour of rain filled clouds, I complained several times, I returned them at a cost of £13.13p, and requested that this was refunded, as I considered to be total miss selling on their part, so far they have totally ignored my complaints, I also mentioned that I was going to submit this review

Item was coming apart at seam so contacted them immediately. 2 days later finally received email, also asking when convenient for courier to come and got email confirmation last week saying it would be delivered yesterday. Waited in all day (last day off work) as arranged for nothing and no response to my midday email querying if it was actually coming. 01:16 this morning email received advising item has now been dispatched. Not at all happy with Dawsons as I specifically stayed in yesterday and back at work today.

I would love to write a review but unfortunately I never received the order! Not your fault but the courier sent me a text that it had been delivered which was not true as i waited in my kitchen which overlooks the drive and alongside the porch which had the door left open despite pouring rain and stormy wind but no note to say they missed me and no photo showing the parcel. It is impossible to contact DPD as I have been trying ever since.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the bedding I received and, following washing, it became extremely creased, contrary to the description on the web site. Further to a courteous complaint, I found myself at the end of very poor customer service and received no recompense whatsoever. This is no way to treat a new customer with a genuine complaint.

The linen was not at all what I expected and creased badly when washed which was NOT as described. A total waste of my money. Despite my protestations I received very poor customer service from this company and would certainly not use them again. When things occasionally go wrong they should be rectified. Be warned.

The delivery was fast, low prices compared to the rep , no problem with ordering etc. However I ordered Dorma bed linens and I highly doubt it is genuine as it is so poorly stitched and poor quality and definitely not up to dorma standards.

Just received delivery, definitely not what I ordered. Pink dorma duvet cover with grey pillow cases (blush on invoice) quality rubbish, dorma gone right down in my estimation. Paid £50.00, could have got better in the market for less than half the price. Customer service no better, send them back and pay more postage!! Could not be bothered, straight in bin. Never again.!!!
