“I order from Dawsons dept store the most beautiful blue towels on their website, what I received were towels the colour of rain filled clouds, I complained several times, I returned them at a cost of £13.13p, and requested that this was refunded, as I considered to be total miss selling on their part, so far they have totally ignored my complaints, I also mentioned that I was going to submit this review”

“Item was coming apart at seam so contacted them immediately. 2 days later finally received email, also asking when convenient for courier to come and got email confirmation last week saying it would be delivered yesterday. Waited in all day (last day off work) as arranged for nothing and no response to my midday email querying if it was actually coming. 01:16 this morning email received advising item has now been dispatched. Not at all happy with Dawsons as I specifically stayed in yesterday and back at work today.”

“I would love to write a review but unfortunately I never received the order! Not your fault but the courier sent me a text that it had been delivered which was not true as i waited in my kitchen which overlooks the drive and alongside the porch which had the door left open despite pouring rain and stormy wind but no note to say they missed me and no photo showing the parcel. It is impossible to contact DPD as I have been trying ever since.”

“I was very disappointed with the quality of the bedding I received and, following washing, it became extremely creased, contrary to the description on the web site. Further to a courteous complaint, I found myself at the end of very poor customer service and received no recompense whatsoever. This is no way to treat a new customer with a genuine complaint.”

“The linen was not at all what I expected and creased badly when washed which was NOT as described. A total waste of my money. Despite my protestations I received very poor customer service from this company and would certainly not use them again. When things occasionally go wrong they should be rectified. Be warned.”

“The delivery was fast, low prices compared to the rep , no problem with ordering etc. However I ordered Dorma bed linens and I highly doubt it is genuine as it is so poorly stitched and poor quality and definitely not up to dorma standards.”

“Just received delivery, definitely not what I ordered. Pink dorma duvet cover with grey pillow cases (blush on invoice) quality rubbish, dorma gone right down in my estimation. Paid £50.00, could have got better in the market for less than half the price. Customer service no better, send them back and pay more postage!! Could not be bothered, straight in bin. Never again.!!!”

“GREY Dorma Bedding Order. Dispateched to me on 12/10/20 Very Disappointed.! I think i have a cheap imported copy of Dorma bedding. The pattern is nothing like the photo " boudoir cushions that are 2 different grey colors Cotton bedding that is supposed to be 300 thread count. It is so thin you can virtually see through it. Please do not buy from this company as you will surley be disappointed.”

“I would have rated justlinen customer services 0 if it was an option. I bought the burgundy duvet, the colour appeared beautiful & true in the website pictures, in reality it was too dark for me. The horrible despicable way they dealt with me for simply asking to change it was disgraceful. I refuse to be bitter, I forgive but cautious. I bought from the ecookshop & it is fantastic.”
