“Easy to purchase after an online quote but the volume of the call (even though my receiving volume was set to maximum) meant that it was difficult to hear the operator all the time. Very efficient though”

Dear Mr Probert, Thank you for your review. As you have purchased the Gold level of cover, you automatically get Smart Luggage included. If you are taking any flights which include checking your luggage in, then you can use the Smart Luggage benefit but are required to activate a Smart Luggage account and register your flights in advance of your trip. If you do not want to use this benefit then you do not need to do this but if you would like assistance setting up Smart Luggage please contact our office on 0800 294 2969 and one of our advisors will be happy to help you with this.
