“It's only when things go wrong that you really get to see how good the customer service is. I'm delighted to be able to say that, following two problems I have had, neither of which were Jumblies' doing, both have been completely resolved quickly, efficiently and courteously by Jumblies. I'm pleased to give them a five-star review and to say that I will be a returning customer in the near future.”

“This is the third time Ive bought from Jumblies and each time they have been absolutely superb .Once you place an order you get an almost instantaneous email confirming your order and all relevant information and you are kept up to date with the progress of the dispatch . The items Ive bought from Jumblies were PRE-ORDERS and after shopping around , I found the kits I collect are MUCH more expensive on ebay and to be honest , having bought from Jumbles before , Ive got confidence in them to provide a great service . Once the pre-orders arrive at Jumblies , its been my experience that my orders were dispatched straight away and arrived within days . Quality company to buy from and I would definitely recommend . You can also sign up for their regular emails of new stock , its a great way to be kept up to date with brand new kits and pre-orders .”
