“I have always been very happy with the quality of packing and packaging used by Jules B. This time it was poor, 3 garments in a carrier bag with 2 sheets of tissue and no documentation. The absence of a box was explained as a problem due to Covid 19 as was the delivery delay. However the packing could have been much better with more tissue used. One dress was so creased it was not worth trying on and obviously I did not wish to press it as that could invalidate a return.”
