“I was initially quite apprehensive about placing my first online order with Jules B, as I had read some dreadful reviews about their service. However I recently made 3 orders, and each time the goods were posted to me in perfect condition the same day as the order was placed. When I had queries the customer number was answered promptly by a helpful assistant. I had to return two out of four garments I purchased, which was an easy process to follow. Refund arrived a week after the goods were received by Jules B. Would definitely use this retailer again.”
“An enquiry for WOMENS geox spherical trainers was put on Google and the product came up on the Jules B website I ordered a size 8 though on delivery they were a mens size 8 and then had to fund the return which I find unacceptable.
I am now waiting for a refund having had confirmation that the return has been received.
Not the greatest of experience and suggest you check the products prior to ordering as misleading.”

I have shopped with you prior to Brexit and was a very happy customer but unfortunately I just feel the hidden costs are prohibitive for the future.
