The parcel arrived half ripped and the dress inside was not wrapped in anything. Amazingly, it was not damaged. A £5 article from Vinted is better wrapped than your £450 dress. Disappointing!”

Apart from the product catalogue range , one thing i like is the packaging - your purchase arrives in a protective cardboard box wrapped in lightweight paper. Some companies have gone down the minimalist "green" packaging but at least with this company you feel that in the packaging they appreciate your business.”
“Buying on line from this company was easy and quick delivery, packaged nice although a little surprised the chain and the zip ends were not protected as usually quality expensive items are to avoid damage and a little disappointed that you don't get the item boxed in the coloured Holland Cooper box but I guess that's because I didn't buy direct.”
