This was my first experience of your On Line service and found on the whole very efficient. My only
comment would be that the Tracking could have been better, in as much as I was unable to track the
parcel by using the tracking number given.
I would have to say this is not my usual experience with DPD and maybe this is down to current circumstances, so would not put me off for the future.
