“Unfortunately, this was a case of 'third time lucky' in dealing with JulesB. The cropped jacket was a replacement item. Prior to that, I had ordered a yellow top for my daughter, which looked very nice but was (in her words) HUGE!. That had also been a replacement item for my first order which had been a blue and white striped, man's shirt. Again, very good quality but much bigger that it's indicated size should have been. This 'saga' cost me an extra £10.40 in return charges and additional postage. I do not know which scale of sizes JulesB use, but it does not appear to be a normal UK one.”
