Charged me next day delivery at £6 on a Friday and the item didn’t arrive until Tuesday which was too late for when I needed it (hence me paying premium next day delivery) when I contacted customer services they said this was normal over a weekend and they refused to refund any postage and packaging - would not buy again from these people and will make sure non of my family or friends do either!”

Nothing seemed to happen and so after several weeks I was refunded - until I finally received a phone call to say the coat had shown up and it was mine if I wanted it.
