In addition to email, we also reach out to our clients via phone to confirm that they are happy with our proposal. Our renewal notifications are sent directly by post or email from individuals responsible for the renewals here at Jukes. Our intention is to establish personalised and direct line of communication with our clients, rather than using a generic company email.
