Upon reviewing our records, we can confirm that we spoke with you on 30th August and immediately started looking at our panel. Given the nature of the risk we only had one market open to us. We immediately referred it to the insurer and despite our persistent efforts, the insurer we approached was unable to provide a quote or timely feedback. We understand your frustration with the delay and lack of communication during this period, and acknowledge that we should have kept you informed about the progress and lack of insurer feedback. “I have been with Jukes for a number of years having been given a very competitive house insurance quote. Although I could find cheaper quotes, it has been the service, professionalisation, proactive response times and follow up to my requests which has put Jukes apart from other providers. In particular I'd like to call out Suzanne who provided a great service and addressed all my questions in a timely manner putting my mind at ease. I highly recommend Jukes as a reliable provider of insurance services. 👍”

“I have been with a Jukes for very many years. I have remained with them because the service I have received has always been excellent. All the staff are courteous and efficient, but the outstanding agent is undoubtedly Carol. She knows the insurance business like the back of her hand and is thoroughly professional. I always now that she will have my best interests in mind when I choose my insurance offers for cars, property and any other type of insurance.”
