Recent data from Consumer Intelligence indicates an average car insurance increase of 61% in the year to August 2023 which hopefully places some context on the difficult market we are operating in currently, which is not like anything we have previously experienced. “Hi I have been with Jukes for a number of years now for both my vehicle(s), Public Liability and Home Insurance and have been and still am very pleased with the professionalism combined with a personal touch across all staff when dealing with concerns or claims we have made over the years. Whilst I could possiibly search the internet for a cheaper quotation I am sure the money saved would not equate to the service and peace of mind knowing the phone call made to jukes will be dealt with and not pushed from call centre extension after extension.”

“Unfortunately you wait until the Insurance is almost out of contract before advising us therefore enabling us to obtain a n alternative quotation. This makes us very nervous of being over charged.”

“I was having difficulty with renewing my motor insurance and a very close friend, who had been using your firm for c40 years, introduced me to Carol Gilder. Carol gave me some indication as to what she could arrange for me and when I called her again 3 days later she was able to arrange a very satisfactory policy for me. I am very pleased with the service she has provided and will certainly continue with your services for my motor insurance and will contact you when my household is due for renewal.”
