“When we want you, you are always there to sort out our problems without being passed from different people and having to start the story all over again and again. No need to press for various options again and again. So nice to speak to people we now know very well and know you by your first names. Keep doing what you are doing.”

We are seeing a trend of premiums increase across household and motor premiums for the first time in a long time, and are working hard to find the best solutions for clients.
