“We have been using Jukes for several years and they have always been efficient and accessible. When we had our serious house fire just before the first lockdown Jukes were really good at setting things in motion as quickly as possible. They listened and gave advice when needed. They regularly rang to see if we needed any further support. They were great at ensuring our rental property contents were also covered. From start to finish they were there for us if they were needed - and Legal and General were also superb.”

“I have been using Jukes Insurance services for over 25 years for business and personal requirements. They have always provided excellent, professional, and friendly service, that only an independent insurance provider can offer. I would highly recommend Jukes to supply insurance, rather than spending hours trawling the internet, and experiencing long delays waiting to speak with poor quality members of staff working for large companies.”

“Friendly, efficient and helpful. Just like an 'old fashioned' insurer where the client was made to feel he mattered more than the money. Haven't yet had cause to try them in the event of a claim and here's hoping I don't have to!”

“I have used Jukes for many years for all my insurance requirements. My point of contact is Carol who is superb. I am always impressed by the fact that any renewal quotation is analysed and a search done for better value. Frankly, having a broker takes all the hard work out of the exercise and saves me immense time. I would recommend Carol and Jukes very highly.”

“My insurances were transferred to Jukes Insurance some years ago now, and I can honestly say, that in all that time I have had no issues or problems with the way matters are dealt with. The staff are very professional, polite, and knowledgeable, and nothing is too much trouble. I am not left hanging on the phone for ages, and matters are dealt with immediately. Would have no problems in recommending them to others, and wouldn't go anywhere else.”
