“I was a little annoyed after policy arrived and I read through. To find out I paid a £30 Admin fee. Which was as much as a 1/3 of my total costing for insurance”

“I have used NWIS for over 30 years for a range of insurance services - house, car and travel. Members of staff have always been, without exception, helpful, friendly and efficient. No doubt I could have shopped around more for cheaper deals, but when I have there have invariably been issues such as higher excesses. The ability to discuss terms and needs face to face is preferable to dealing with an offshore telephone 'helpline'.”

“These are a local brokerage company which I came across 7 years ago on a comparison site with a very competitive quote. So I took out my house insurance policy, the great thing about this company is that when your renewal comes it remains very competitive. It is also great to be able to talk to someone in an office and not a call centre if you have any queries”
