“The shower thermostat went kaput and we managed to track down JT Spas as the original supplier to the company we'd bought the shower from. As the shower was quite old, it was challenging to find the right part. We sent pictures of the broken version and were told it was probably an old model that may no longer have the same specifications. They returned pictures to us of the existing version, and with the exact measurements so we could compare. They sent us the part with a promise we could return it if it wasn't the right one. It fitted perfectly and now we're up and running again! Very efficient and friendly service and saved us a fortune as the alternative would have been replacing the whole shower unit!
