“Great quality great communication great price totally happy”

“The shower thermostat went kaput and we managed to track down JT Spas as the original supplier to the company we'd bought the shower from. As the shower was quite old, it was challenging to find the right part. We sent pictures of the broken version and were told it was probably an old model that may no longer have the same specifications. They returned pictures to us of the existing version, and with the exact measurements so we could compare. They sent us the part with a promise we could return it if it wasn't the right one. It fitted perfectly and now we're up and running again! Very efficient and friendly service and saved us a fortune as the alternative would have been replacing the whole shower unit! Thank you JT Spas!”

“The cost savings on my shower cubicle and thermostatic shower system were very competitive. The shipment and delivery were managed in an efficient manner. The packaging was intact upon arrival. Unable to check any items below the glass surrounds, due to limited lifting capacity on day of delivery and inspection.”

“I am very happy with the service from JT Spas. Delivered on time as arranged. The shower cabin instructions were very poor, so I had to guess, but managed to build the shower cabin. I certainly would improve aspects of its design, but on the whole it works and looks nice.”

“We ordered a bath and was told 5-10 delivery it came in 5! fast delivery considering we live in south Wales, can't fault the bath there was no damage in transit and looks lovely in place. Well done JT SPAS!”
