“Product was as described and was delivered within 4 days of the order being placed. When it was discovered that the mounting brackets for a shelf were missing I contacted the company and replacement parts were dispatched via Royal Mail and were received 2 days later. An excellent service.”

“JT spas dispatched my order only two days of it being ordered it came at the time requested and was very well wrapped due to it all being glass ..no damage on arrival and it looks great quality ..many thank ..jon”

“I was in a hurry to purchase my walk in bath as under pressure from the plumbers on site to receive it. JT Spas could not have been more helpful and answered various rushed emails, took me through the process and had by bath here within 24 hours of purchasing it. What a team ! “Very friendly and helpful staff with an OK product. The option for a vent in the shower cabin roof would have improved the product and to say it has radio and bluetooth is far fetched as the unit only god for turning the light on. Radio is affected by electrical items in the house including LED lighting,. None stop crackles and volume control like an on/off switch so it stays off.”
