“Order refunded with no explanation as to why. I did not get the product I ordered as it was out of stock. If it is out of stock then it shouldn't have been advertised. Appreciate that errors happen however so if a mistake was made where the product was advertised as in stock when it wasn't then I'd expect an apology and an explanation which I did not receive. Poor customer service to just refund the order without an explanation or apology and confuse the customer.”
