“I bought 4 items in the sale two are faulty and have to send back. I rang your Manchester office and told them. They said send the items back and they will replace them. I had to ask if I was expected to pay the postage to return them. The operator was not sure and had to ask a supervisor. Eventually the supervisor arranged for a free postage slip to be emailed to me.”

“I ordered a necklace and matching earings quick looked lovely in the picture but when received were a lot smaller and chain too fine for me. It would be more helpful if the jewellery was shown on the web page worn by a person, helpful to judge size. I have now returned them both and going to debenhams to choose another set. Quality of the pieces were very good just too small.”

“Ordered two bracelets, one came perfectly as described whereas the other came broken. Clearly was packaged as so because the bracelet could not have broken due to packaging and delivery. Very dissapointed.”

“I recieved my order quite promptly but unfortunately the ring I ordered was not the ring I received, even though the despatch note listed the correct ring. It was akso the wrong size of ring so would have been no good to me anyway even if it had beenn the right one.”
