“The jewellery is truly beautiful and great quality. It arrived on time, however I was slightly dissapointed by the packaging. Although, I am aware it is stated in the description of the products, I would still expect a bride tiara not to come in a bubble wrapping but a proper box. If the packaging was included than it would be 5/5 stars.”

“I ordered two sets for my now on hold wedding, on receiving them both sealed very securely one had a broken bracelet. It was so disheartening to see this had been sent defaulted, I contacted customer services and was put through to Tracy, this lady is an absolute credit to your company she calmed me down, reassured me that ever with the earrings being present she would send me a new set, which I received less than 24 hours later all the way in Northern Ireland. Beautiful quality when not broke and definitely worth the price.”

“Cannot praise this company enough. I ordered some jewellery to wear for a wedding, the parcel arrrived on the Thursday before the wedding & unfortunately there was an item missing. After speaking to customer service who were so helpful, they sent me a replacement necklace on an express delivery which I received the following morning. Would highly recommend this company for its easy transaction, it’s fast delivery & it’s wonderful customer service. 5* & THANK YOU 😃”

“My neckless is beautiful but not impressed with the quality I was taking it off the other day and it completely snapped in my hand I have managed to nip the link back together for now but it shouldnt do this I've had it only 1 week. I messaged customer services about this who asked me to send a picture but I have nipped it back together now so pointless sending a picture as it looks whole again. But it keeps snapping now and again when taking on and off would expect more for a £60 necklace its disappointing”
