“I ordered some earrings for my wedding which is on Saturday. I ordered them last Thursday night & paid for next day delivery. They hadn't arrived by Tuesday so I rang customer services & they told me they had refunded my money because the item was out of stock. I hadn't received an Email to let me know this so I was disappointed especially when I was waiting for the earrings to arrive.”

“In the past I have been very disappointed with the quality of items I have purchased (broken items, missing items, items I didn't order but were also broken) however customer service is excellent and sorts this quickly. On this occasion I bought only the one item, a tiara for my maid of honour and it came all in one piece first time! Fair for the sale prices however poor quality for items not in the sale.”

“The jewellery is nice, but I have noticed over the years the pieces are getting flimsier every year. The heart shaped mirrors again are nice but quite light with no substance to them.”

“Have been ordering from Jon Richard for quite awhile now. Love all the Jewellery, recently i purchased all the Abalone Jewellery, Necklace, Bracelet, Earrings, Ring and another beautiful Abalone Pendant. My Children all gave me money for my Birthday on June 8th, so i purchased the set as i had been wanting it for ages. Less than a week after i purchased it all, it went down in price by 50%, I was so annoyed, but sure these things happen. All in All, i am extremely happy with all items i have purchased, Speedy Delivery, items wrapped securely and kept up to date from the minute your order is placed, up until it arrives. Fantastic, Thanks again Jon Richard, will be ordering again : )”

“Love the jewellery, my order arrived perfectly and in good time. One point, I have pierced ears and have not worn a button style earring for years. Having decided to wear a button style again I am a little disappointed as to how they 'sit' on my lobes. The back of the earring is a raised round shape which causes the earrings to stand away from the lobe quite markedly. I'd prefer the earring to sit flat to the earlobe. Thank you Jon Richard and Mood for the pretty designs.”

“Extremely impressed with next day delivery, even tho I had standard. Love the very sparkly gifts for my Bridesmaids & Flowergirl, a disappointed that my Bridal jewellery isnt very sparkly, but love the design. Love my tiara, super sparkly, but it was on the big side, so it will be carefully adjusted. The weight of it was light. I have tried heavier tiaras on which were less expensive, but the design is perfect. Glad I had these items in a flash sale, though I still paid £127 for what really is costume jewellery. Bridal jewellery came in little cellophane bags, not even in a box. Disappointed with that. Bridal jewellery is meant to be special.”

“Just received my 2 pairs of earings, one of which was a set of ear cuffs which unfortunately one of them fell apart as I tried to put on. but I was happy with the help I received when I rang the company. Hope To order more as there appears to be some very pretty earings.”
