“I ordered a set from this website waited a week to be told my parcel was damaged beyond repair, then got told i would receive another replacement waited a week again, had no confirmation email nothing so decided at this point i wanted a refund to go to a more reliable dealer. Still waiting to get my money back, customer service was good from what i had experienced but that is all.”

“Item arrived promptly. Only problem was that it didn't come with the gift box as described. After getting in touch.....they sent one express delivery and refunded the postage. Very happy with service.”

“Fantastic customer service. I had a problem with delivery I’ve contacted Jon Richard customer service via email. I’ve received very quick response and I was offered replacement straight away. I received the delivery next day. The bracelet I’ve ordered is amazing. It came in the beautiful box. Thank you very much”

“Paid money up front plus extra for next day delivery to have this beautiful jewellery to wear for my nephew’s wedding day but it was ‘lost‘ in transit even though I tracked my order and it said it was delivered! Very disappointed, felt let down and disheartened even though I was given a full refund!”
