“I bought the same items gor a friend's 60th earlier in the year. She loved and says her favourite jewellery. So, I just bought same as bought some new clothes with blues on them. The jewellery shines and sparkles whilst not looking 'blingy'. Great value god money and the order process and delivery times were fantastic. Thankyou!”

“Original online order went missing through Hermes Carrier service. As unable to contact Hermes I contacted Jon Richard customer service. Spoke to a really helpful and lovely agent who immediately apologised and despatched another order to me with Royal mail as the carrier instead of Hermes. Item Arrived in time for Christmas. Fantastic customer service. Original order has never Materialised.”

“0 out of 5. Order no. #1698091. 5 items ordered on the 29th Nov, queried delevery prior to Xmas told only two now in stock. They would send free gift boxes with these two items due to inconvenience caused. Items still not received on the 27th Dec. Still waiting refunds. Communication discraceful. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend to friends and clients.”

“They failed to tell me my order had been lost after one day. I had to phone them 10 days later as I was wondering where it was as I had 3day postage for them to tell me it was lost after 1 day of ordering. A new set were sent next day but the earring back on one of the earrings didn’t grip on. So I had to ask for them to send me some new ones and they sent the wrong earring backs which didn’t fit. In the end I went to a shopping centre and they gave the right ones. Wasn’t overly happy with this whole purchase but the earrings are pretty.”
