“Ordered the Jon Richard Silver Pearl and Crystal Vine Pear Drop necklace for myself and my mam for my wedding day. Beautiful necklace and can't wait to wear it but the only thing that let it down was both necklaces arrived in a small plastic bag and by the time it had reached us via post, the necklaces were all tangled and took ages to get out. Considering the price of these, i would of expected them to arrive in a box at least or something a bit nicer than a plastic bag so it wouldn't get damaged. Was a bit disappointed in this.”

“My bracelet arrived the day after I placed the order ( I did pay extra for express delivery) Very pleased with the bracelet, Saw the item on a department store website thought I would try shopping direct glad I did it was half the price.”

“I was a bit let down as these earrings for were my civil wedding ceremony and as soon as I put them on, they broke. They were the clip ons, but that's still unaceptable.”
