“5 star purely on customer service. My earrings went AWOL after Hermes claimed to have delivered them, and supplied me with such a blurred photo, there was no telling where they’d delivered them to. Emailed customer services and spoke to Iona who was helpful and understanding, and she sent off another pair straight away which I received the next day. Love the earrings, and a great price too!”
