“Had an issue with their tissarnd range. After posting my negative review, they immediately called to arrange for the items to be sent back for investigation. i am very happy with their customer service; their attentiveness compelled me to change my review and give them 5 stars”

Dear Customer, We're sorry that you're not happy with your products. We are an authorised stockist since 2005 - Tisserand Aromatherapy is very close to our salon, we buy from them weekly. Tisserand is also a small company that make their products in small batches to preserve quality. So the standard is very high as ours. Please send us an email with the batch number of your products, for us to send that info to Tisserand and we can replace their products as soon as you send them back to us with our free delivery service.
