Hi I am sooooo very disappointed in your lack of customer service. I love your popcorn but I am still waiting for your response from 20th December 2022. I did not receive my order! I have emailed you numerous times, even written a letter but still, no word at all from you, just auto responses. Please can someone respond. Fresh desk will not let me access it to see what the ticket numbers say, so any response through that I cannot see.

Hi Dawn, We apologise for any inconvenience caused if you are having a problem accessing Freshdesk to see the response made. There was a response on ticket 33056. For the latest email you sent, the new ticket for that is 33089. In this case, we have replied again. Hi there Firstly, I just wanted to say that I have always been really impressed with your popcorn. Unfortunately this time it is a lack of delivery and lack of response issue. I ordered your popcorn festive slab for Christmas, due to royal mail strikes you sent it by evri instead... I never received it. I emailed you on 21st Dec to report this, no response, I emailed again on 21st Jan, no response other than auto reply. then on 21st Feb I posted you a letter with my details on it, still no rep!y. I was given two ticket numbers in the Dec and Jan auto response but unable to access this freshdesk thing. Very disappointed. Can you help please.

Normally good, last few packets very stale and not good at all. Hard and awful to eat. No sell by date anywhere to found on the products so it may be out of date. Emailed the company to complain.

Brought the advent calendar big mistake, popcorn stale and soft Paid £30.00 popcorn went in the bin seen similar review on here Contacted Joe and Seph’s had no reply to email Poor customer service as well as poor popcorn

I bought the holiday calendar with the different kinds of popcorn. All the popcorn was terribly stale and I had to throw all the bags away. Very disappointed, this calendar was 30.00 at Barnes and Noble.

Two favourites so far, the Mature Cheddar Cheese and my all time addictive favourite Marmite! The best part is that both my wife and daughter think they are disgusting so won't touch my snacks, however, they are quite happy for me to dive into their sweet flavoured packs, a double win.

My daughter gave me the advent calendar, I would never tell her this but I think it would be helpful for you to know, it was very stale and every flavor I tried pretty much tasted like all the others. I tried to find a date on the box somewhere, it tasted like it could have been from years past, but no luck. I’m not blaming anyone or judging your brand harshly, I just know that customer feedback can be very helpful. If it helps I’m pretty sure she bought it at a World Market here in Panama City Beach Florida.

Unbelievably tasty popcorn... just had the goats cheese and black pepper and this is the BEST savoury popcorn I've ever had, absolute heaven ( as long as you like goat's cheese) 😋

Incredible customer service. Sent a replacement at no extra charge after difficulties with a courier. The outstanding product was only exceeded by the company's brilliant service. Deserves 6 stars.

Received an order which tasted delicious however the courier hadn't treated it with respect. Was only contacting customer services to let them know for feedback how the courier was handling the products but the service I have received for providing this feedback has been fantastic. Highly recommend

I would love to say I enjoyed the popcorn but it never arrived. Supposedly it was delivered to my home but I have never been able to try it. I just hope whoever has had my popcorn enjoyed it.

I have ordered from you on many an occasion and love your popcorn. I have to say in comparison this advent calender is very hard and stale. Not your usual standard and not as good as the one last year. Very disappointing. Sorry guys.

Having just received my, badly named, festive popcorn slab , ( I use the term slab loosely) I can only say, WOW, what an utter disappointment. £12 for 1/4 of a bag of popcorn, drizzled, sparingly, in chocolate. And all broken in bits, so not a “slab” at all!!Definitely not worth the money. I expected a proper slab of chocolate with popcorn on it. Absolutely won’t be buying it again,. What a shame that such a poor, overpriced product comes from, what I know to be a great company with an amazing product

Lovely popcorn, awful customer service. I had an email saying my order had been dispatched, then had an email from the delivery company saying a set date it was coming I booked off work to be in as anytime that day it could come, however I then had another email from Joe seph to say my order had been dispatched(same ref number) Called them to find out what was going on, the lady was so rude 'oh what do you want me to do, you will just have to wait in won't you', really???? Is this your customer service, if so I will take my custom else where, so rude. Now I don't know when my order is coming, and nither does Joe sephs , People do have to work I can't keep staying in waiting as you send incorrect emails when my order has been dispatched.
