“As much as the products are incredibly tasty, a big recognition should also go to the customer service team. With all postal strikes causing havoc these days, the customer service team quickly resolved this for me and they were so helpful throughout. I find Joe and Seph's overall a business that can't be faulted, delivery quality products and fantastic service.”

“After my initial package was misplaced by royal mail, Joe & Steph sent out a replacement promptly which has now been received. The popcorn is packaged beautifully and tastes devine! Well worth the wait xx”

“I didn’t receive my order even though it’s been 3 weeks since I received an email to confirm my order has been dispatched. I’m very disappointed that it’s not been delivered especially considering the payment if £5.50 was debited from my account nearly 1 month ago.
