The bannister I ordered was oak, when it arrived I only opened the end to make sure it was the right style and colour before the carpenter came to fit to avoid it getting damaged.
When I got home to the work completed, straight away there is join lines in the bannister with obvious lines and colour differences. I contacted Jackson and wasn’t listened to and my last email I didn’t even get a reply. Ruined my experience and what was meant to be a great room renovation turned into something that looks dreadful
