“Purchased stair rail with fittings, arrived fine but my fitter considered the screws to be to weak for job and with 2 different screw heads. Rang Jackson's Woodturners to ask about these issues and was asked by Luke to send photos with I did. 2 days later no reply , just a email to leave a review. So here it is , go elsewhere”

“The newel cladding did not fit very well at all, we could not get a tight joint whatever we did. We were also very un impressed with the quality of the finish on the spindles. Quite rough with a lot of machine marks, I would have expected them to have been sanded at least. Also the infills for the handrail and track were rough , different thicknesses and not even planed square. Unfortunately I had no time to send anything back so had to make do. Iv ordered from other places in the past and have had to do very little to the materials but this lot took a lot of extra time to sort out which was not allowed for in my price!”

“First time user. My Carpenter has just finished refurbishing my staircase in Oak. He is highly impressed with the Oak products Base-rails, Handrails, clad kits and caps etc. which we purchased from Jackson Woodturners direct. All products were well packaged and no damages caused by Carriers who were also Highly experienced in delivering for Jackson products. My Carpenter states he will be recommending Jackson Woodturners to his other clients in the future. A Big Thank-you from us all for making the whole experience a pleasure.”
