“Can’t praise Jackson’s enough. From ordering on the 16th December to delivery on the 18th. I’ve fitted a few staircases in my time and Jackson’s stair parts are top quality at a good price. Well packaged and great service. I can’t thank Kim-Marie enough for the very helpful advice and communication on ordering and getting my order to me before their Christmas break. I will definitely use Jackson’s again. Hope you all have a Happy New Year. Thanks again Paul T”

“Nice handrail had some damage . One end really bad . And a dent / mark . Unfortunately I had it for a week before my carpenter could fit it . So not the best delivery company.”

“Great service. Missed a couple of items off the order and assisted in adding these to the order. Good knowledge on their products and delivery was great. Well packaged and undamaged on arrival. Would advise those ordering to understand these are laminated together into one piece so grain is not true.”

“The stair cladding was very easy to install and looks really nice. The color is medium oak—while a bit warmer and more golden than I expected (I would have preferred a slightly more natural finish), it still looks lovely on the stairs. Delivery was very quick, and when some of the long steps were out of stock, they were promptly refilled. Overall, I’m very happy with how the stairs turned out.”

“Lovely products and great delivery service. But I ordered 4 metal bannister rail ends in brushed nickel but it looks like I got chrome. They are quite different to the existing ends I have on the lower part of the staircase. But I installed them late at night in no natural light and now in daylight that are clearly different :-(”
