“I ordered white primed stairparts. They arrived quickly and on time on the selected day. More importantly the quality was superb, excellent primer which was almost good enough to have as finished coat. Unfortunately there was a small amount of damage to a couple of pieces but this was sorted to my full satisfaction in just one email with an almost instant response. Hightly recommend this company.”

“Being a Carpenter and understanding quality i was very impressed with finished quality of the oak handrail, base rail and oak spindles supplied. The fit of the spindles into the rebates in the handrail and base was tight but also perfect, as we're the spacers. No rattling spindles on this job. Delivered on time as advised.”

“It’s a shame that they don’t make it clear that their newel posts are bought in from different suppliers and don’t necessarily match each other. Given their name, it is reasonable to assume that they make these themselves, but alas, no.”
