“I had several questions before I purchased my spindles and rails from jackson woodturners. I got quick replies and it made me confident in my choice and purchase. They arrived on the date selected and have been installed. I love them and they are exactly as I expected - they are well made and good quality.”

“The stair rail moulding I ordered arrived in perfect condition and was extremely well wrapped. I was impressed by the quality of the hardwood. The delivery company let them down slightly, failing to bring it on the day it should have come, but it arrived before 8.30 the following day.”

“Very easy to order online but delivery was a problem and was delivered 4 days late. When I ordered, I gave 10 days notice for delivery, so give plenty time if you are not in the midlands. The staff dealt with my concerns as quickly as possible as the problem with my delivery was actually the couriers and not Jacksons. I would definitely use them again and recommend.”
