“Ordered a pair of Forge Chrome Handrail End Cap - 45mm Diameter - SKU: JWFG45C. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and the price very reasonable. The end caps were a very good fit on the handrail. Many thanks for the excellent service.”

“Easy to deal with, decent quality products. Perhaps if I looked around more I could find cheaper, but I fitted the items myself and they are high quality. No complaints.”

“Ordered 1 spindle as a sample before purchasing more, the £8.50 postage was quite expensive for 1 lightweight spindle”

“It would have scored a 5 apart from one of the newel balls was very rough and mis-shaped. I can't fault the rest of my order 40 spindles and the other 2 newel balls were perfect and delivery was on time.”

“Jackson Woodturners offer a good quality product at a reasonable price, the delivery charge is quite expensive but the handrail I ordered is a heavy product so does cost a lot to post. The only downside is that the handrail ordered is for the stairs, so the ends are on show, the finish on the ends is lovely and smooth but as these are not going to be painted (it would be a shame to paint such a lovely handrail) you can see where the inserts are(it isn't a solid piece of oak), which is a bit of a let down.”
