“I am not a customer of Jack's Garden Store. However, my credit card was used fraudulently through the Internet and so I contacted via the site, Dominic, who was acting as manager during the owner's holiday. He was kind enough to call me and discuss the matter and express great concern that this had happened. Customer service is what it's all about...and theirs is fantastic. thank you so much!”

“This was a good experience from start to finish. Jo helped a lot with the order and questions we had. The delivery was fine and today the Pergola Arch has been erected and looks great. I would certainly recommend using Jacks Garden Store and I will certainly use them again.”

“Excellent customer service throughout purchase. Would use Jack;s Garden store again and recommend it to friends. Ordering was easy, with Jo doing a stock check with her suppliers and getting back to us within 5 minutes. Once on order she chased up delivery and kept us informed. The items, a large 8 seater patio set arrived with no issues or problems. Mr Goater”

“Lasita Maja log cabin is excellent quality, although instructions could be clearer. Delivery was a little fraught as despite advising that access was a little restricted a very large lorry was used and the cabin could not be left on our drive.”

“Very fast delivery wasnt in when delivered when got home from work noticed 1 of the 2 boxes were badly damage haven't fully opened boxes yet hopefully theres no damage to my pond”

“pront service. good communication. Personal letter nice touch. pond easy to construct. we painted before construction though so didn't have to worry about making sure we had wood right way round. took longer to dismantle old pond than build this one. Many thanks”
