“I asked lots of questions about my proposed purchase http://www.jacksgardenstore.com/tall-cream-plant-screen-with-9-pots and had very quick detailed responses to allow me to buy with confidence. Delivery was just a few days and I am very happy with my new screen/planter. I will not hesitate to buy from Jack's Garden Store again!”

“Fantastic service and delivery as promised. I am delighted with the product and nothing was too much trouble for the delivery man. How refreshing to have someone actually delivering AND assembling free of charge. It would have cost me a tidy penny to get someone local to put the Japanese gazebo together. I am going to recommend your Company to everyone wishing to purchase garden products. If I need anything else I will of course deal again with you - wonderful Company and very hard to find nowadays - most just want the cash and deliver to front of house only. Thank you so much”

“The garden furnature which I received was fabolous quality and far cheaper than in previous stores I'd originally found it in. The delivery was quick and customer service was good too. Would always recommend this company.”

“Generally I was pleased with my purchase. I have one niggle though. I know wood has knots in it, but to have a big one on the front leg of the bower that had fallen out and left a gap on the corner is not very nice. I would have thought the person that had been assembling the bower would have put it at the back of the item out of sight or found another piece of wood to replace it.”

“Good delivery time and good price, but not excellent quality. Piece of split wood, and the main length of wood that goes inside the planter right across the middle, had been cut too long.”

“I found Jack's Garden Store to be very easy to deal with. I ordered a table and chair set and chose this company off other reviews. Prompt, courteous, and delivered on time when they said they would. Excellent garden set, well packaged on delivery, no damage, and I have even received a free fridge magnet since delivery with a 'thank you for your custom' letter. I can't fault their customer service, would definitely recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.”

“Item was out of stock when ordered. Email received to ask if wish to proceed, and estimated delivery time given. When in stock we were contacted as promised and the order was delivered as arranged. Garden furniture looks good and fits our requirements. Very pleased with service and product.”

“This garden store customer service was excellent and efficient. The delivery set up was also stress-free and timings are geared to choosing a day thats right for you, which is very handy. The fridge magnet gift with the letter was also a lovely touch - made me laugh! Highly recommend Jack's Garden Store and I will be buying more from them in the future.”

“I live on Alderney in the Channel Islands and Jack's Garden Store was the only UK company I found who could deliver without a problem! I've had a shed and an Eaton summerhouse now - both arrived promptly - and both products are excellent. High quality for a very fair price. I will be recommending this company to others on the Island who need good service.”

“The staff were very helpful in helping choose the right product for our 10 year old son. He now has a commando post on stilts behind a tree to seem like a tree house and it has been painted camouflage - he loves it !!!”
