“Ordered with little fuss and arrived as promised. Very pleased with service and with letter that arrived later thanking me for custom. Altogether good old fashioned customer service. Will be happy to use again.”

“I am really pleased with the service and speedy delivery. we purchased a giant connect four and the price was the cheapest around by far. hours of fun in the garden!!!”

“So far, so good! Excellent service with the ordering & following up with a delivery date but delivery is not until 10 days time so I cannot comment on the product. I am sure the seat will be fine however, if it's good as the service!”

“The order was delivered promptly by a very friendly and helpful courier. The product itself was sturdy and as seen on the site. I actually ordered by phone and found the lady who took my order very helpful. Nicest of all was the personal letter that arrived a few days later. I loved the personal touch -- and the fridge magnet is on display!”

“I am very pleased with the garden arbour, good solid construction, it arrived well within estimated delivery dates. Easy to put together although you do need to use a drill, took about three hours on my own, then two coats of wood preserver, now in situ looking good. Good service, thank you very much.”

“2 Seater Royalcraft Napoli Bench - Excellent price, delivery service and quality. Assembly tested ingenuity as bolt sizes conflicted with the listings and diagramatic instructions but a little juggling achieved a satisfactory result. Will certainly be checking this website in future.”
