“Excellent service and prompt delivery”

“The item i ordered arrived within 4 working days and the description on the website was very realistic. The customer service was responsive and proactive. There was a screw missing from my item and customer service (Joanna) got in touch with the supplier and got me a bag of screws... I should not forget that it is the place online where I have found my item at the cheapest price.”

“I bought 2 Bistro chairs for my mother's conservatory as a present and they arrived super-quick. Communications and personal service are also first class excellent and I will be shopping there again. Highly recommended!”

“I had a problem with an item that I had purchased recently, no fault of this excellent Company I hasten to add. It was immediately resolved, the service was superb. Having experienced some pretty poor Customer service from some online retailers in the past, I have no hesitation in recommending Jack's Garden Store. Take it from me, you won't be disappointed.”

“When I rang up about making a purchase I was able to speak to someone ( Jo) immediately. She was able to answer all my queries, so enabling me to place my order. All goods arrived on time and as described. In fact I rang to compliment Jack's Garden Store. Many could learn from their customer service. I should not hesitate to order from them again. “Excellent customer care yet again from Jack's garden centre, deliveries were prompt and efficient and everyone we spoke to to make the arrangements was very helpful and friendly. The only negative comment we have is that in a few places the instructions for our sentry box shed were incorrect, but with a little common sense it was still very easy to put together and the materials themselves are very good quality. Very satisfied customer.”
