“Yes, I am Satisfied with the recently course. But my problem is I have not recieved my certificate in my address yet!”

Hi Nguyen. As we mentioned in our email to you, we were unable to send your certificate on completion of your course as international postal deliveries via registered post were not possible due to the Coronavirus. Unfortunately, this situation remains unchanged for your location and we have been given no indication when postal services will resume to Vietnam at present. We will do our best to let you know as soon as the certificate has been sent out. You should already have received the URL of a scanned copy of your certificate, but if you need this again please let us know. Our apologies for the inconvenience, but as you’ll appreciate this situation is beyond our control.

Update: We have resolved all our certificate shipment issues that were caused by the global pandemic and are shipping our certificates for most countries from the UK to avoid any future delays.

“Good but slow in processing the international Shipment. I don't have my certificate because of the coronavirus. Please send it ASAP.”

Hi Danny. As we mentioned via email, we were unable to send your certificate on completion of your course as international postal deliveries via registered post were not possible due to the Coronavirus. “TEFL Course is a really great course for beginners and experienced teachers. You can find a lot of useful information. It helps you to sort out your knowledge about methods of teaching. The main thing the TEFL certificate gives you an opportunity to teach abroad.”

“I was satisfied with the course. However, ITTT has not yet sent my certificate of completion because they told me that my country's post office is not yet fully operational. I finished the course 6 months ago. Is it possible that ITTT will use another option to send my certificate?”

Thank you for the feedback, Mary! Your certificate was sent to you on 18th March, and according to the tracking of the parcel number, the package has been in the Philippines awaiting delivery since 15th April. Our apologies for the inconvenience, but as you’ll appreciate this situation is beyond our control.

“Overall, I am satisfied with the course even if I am yet to see its full benefits. I will be particularly curious as to whether job seeking assistance is as it’s advertised to be. The only aspect I found less than satisfactory was tutor’s assistance. I booked a course with a tutor, not knowing what I would be in for, so I thought having a tutor wouldn’t hurt. It turns out I did the course well, practically without any help and that part is not an issue. The issue is the fact that once or twice I contacted the tutor seeking certain clarifications. The answers I received were of no help, offered neither an explanation nor tried to really find out what it was I was looking for and overall came across as not encouraging of any further contact. Which is exactly how I proceeded from then on – all by myself. If I had known I would get that, I would’ve opted for a course without a tutor and thus saved myself a few euro. So, the course itself – thumbs up. The tutoring service – thumbs down.”

“The course material was user friendly. The tutor isn’t at all helpful in supporting you and explaining anything further. The videos however are brilliant. I learnt a lot more from them than the reading. I think it’s the way I learn. The reading does need to be updated as I found some questions in the multiple choice tests to be opposite that of real life and only per the reading. This was very frustrating! Overall though, very informative and I look forward to getting some shadowing experience in my local area before I go it alone.”

“Overall I was very happy with the course and found the unit guides and assessments well organised and easy to follow. There were problems shipping my certificate that were not ITTT's fault but their lack or email response was disappointing especially when they claimed - in what I felt was a less than professional tone - that they had been trying to track the product and contact me. I had received no such emails. Finally, it may sound petty and I promise that it is not related to my above criticism but the teacher who was featured in the example videos attached to several units was very unprofessional. Bare feet in the classroom - in any country or culture - is unnacceptable and disrespectful.”

“The ITTT TEFL course was, for the most part, excellent. I feel that it did help to prepare me for a career in teaching English as a Foreign Language. However, much of the material dates back to 2010 and is need of updating. I believe that updating the material will improve the course and help empower future teachers to better succeed.”

“Please I’ve written and passed the exams over a month ago. Unfortunately, I haven’t received my certificate yet. What’s wrong? I’m in China and I have my address as vividly as I could but I haven’t received the certificate. What should I do?”
