Overall I was very happy with the course and found the unit guides and assessments well organised and easy to follow. There were problems shipping my certificate that were not ITTT's fault but their lack or email response was disappointing especially when they claimed - in what I felt was a less than professional tone - that they had been trying to track the product and contact me. I had received no such emails. Finally, it may sound petty and I promise that it is not related to my above criticism but the teacher who was featured in the example videos attached to several units was very unprofessional. Bare feet in the classroom - in any country or culture - is unnacceptable and disrespectful.
